Fwd: Announcing libffi 3.0.9

Thanks to everybody for help with testing.

I'm going to push a bunch of patches into GCC today. See http://github.com/atgreen/libffi/tree/master/patches for details.

I'd like to also keep updating the test status wiki here:

Use "final" instead of "rc*" for the final release results. Please make whatever changes are appropriate.
