I will soon provide new pl_PL locale with removed Roman month numbering. I'm
voting for using ISO 8601 standard for Polish locale. I think also making posix
default locale to use ISO 8601 instead of U.S. date/time format would be the
good thing(tm). ISO 8601 standard is widely accepted and will make Linux
settings more international by default.
