Why are you trying with polish locales? Begin your world reparing with en_US.
Why they have 3 letters month abbreviation in glibc locale. Repair it and do
correct. Here are examples (they likes digits too):
http://www.usa.gov/
http://www.archives.gov/press/
http://hubble.nasa.gov/
Or fr_FR:
http://www.elysee.fr/
http://www.premier-ministre.gouv.fr/fr/
http://www.senat.fr/
http://www.mediateur-republique.fr/
And give peace to polish locales. Make it according to standards, not lazy web
designers.
(by the way do you know what IIS is?)
