In Brazil the currency symbol is normally written before the quanity:
R$1.234,56
glibc has p_cs_precedes and n_cs_precedes set to 0 for pt_BR
Unfortunately I have not been able to find an official reference, there only
thing I've been able to provide is a couple of government guidelines for documents.
