Gah, forget this question. I just discovered that you provided an
answer on the libc-alpha mailing list 2004-01-24.
There you provided

as the correct formatting.

This is still the case. The bug should be reported into
<URL:http://sources.redhat.com/bugzilla/>, to make sure it isn't
forgotten. And it is better if a native-speaker report the problem.
