minor tweak to glibc web page: mailing lists are on sourceware.org

The glibc web page (http://sourceware.org/glibc/) says: "There are
eight mailing lists regarding glibc hosted on sources.redhat.com:", so
I just tried to send my patch e-mail to libc-help@sources.redhat.com.

It bounced:

<libc-help@sources.redhat.com>:
mlcheck: spam detected - exit status n=1, 0ezmlm-reject: fatal: List
address must be in To: or Cc: (#5.7.0)

This could be an intelligence test, but in case it's not I thought I'd
send a patch to update the web page. 8-)

See attached. I only changed the description of where the lists were
hosted, since the rest of the links work fine as sources.redhat.com.
For consistency, it may well be appropriate to change all of the rest
of the links too.

thanks,

chris
