[PATCH] Avoid using <linux/a.out.h> in <a.out.h>

Hi!

asm/a.out.h kernel header's role seems to be primarily to make binfmt_elf
work in the kernel. Better if glibc avoids it.

2003-07-25  Jakub Jelinek  <jakub@redhat.com>

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/a.out.h: Replace with i386 version.
	Include bits/a.out.h.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile (sysdep_headers): Add
	bits/a.out.h.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/a.out.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/bits/a.out.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/m68k/bits/a.out.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/bits/a.out.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/a.out.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/bits/a.out.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/a.out.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/bits/a.out.h: New file.
