[PATCH] DaveM's sparc get_clockfreq plus sparc64 fixes


Hi!

This patch includes Dave's get_clockfreq (though just a single copy and with
/dev/openprom preferred against /proc/openprom) plus various sparc64 fixes
(mostly so that there is just one set of sparc* installed headers, plus to
allow -lpthread to be linked statically).
It built just fine and passed make check without any problems and the clock
testcase you've sent works on sparc64.
