glibc build failure

glibc 2.2 in CVS failed to build with

nscd_stat.c: In function `receive_print_stats':
nscd_stat.c:138: `YESSTR' undeclared (first use in this function)
nscd_stat.c:138: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
nscd_stat.c:138: for each function it appears in.)
nscd_stat.c:138: `NOSTR' undeclared (first use in this function)
