glibc 2.1.2 in CVS is broken.

Hi, Ulrich,

glibc 2.1.2 in CVS is broken since you put in some codes from glibc
2.2 and left some other changes which those codes depend on. Please
check out glibc 2.1.2 in CVS and do a build. You will see what I
mean.
