There are some changes in this glibc release and considerable
modification in kernel on the fly.
Just like you and Joseph say, it is more appropriate that we should
ensure the RV64I is stable first in this version,
and add the 32-bit port soon after 2.28. I seem a little bit rush to
hope to get the 32-bit port in 2.28 branch.
