Thanks.  In that case it should be considered obvious to commit and I 
suppose Mike will do so.

Indeed, when it's just missing / out of date ulps that's not something to 
file a bug for.  If it shows with current ulps, it probably *is* a 
user-visible libm bug that should be reported.
