[PATCH COMMITTED] resolv: Add tst-resolv-canonname

	* resolv/tst-resolv-canonname.c: New file.
	* resolv/Makefile (tests): Add tst-resolv-canonname.
	(tst-resolv-canonname): Link with -ldl, -lresolv, -lpthread.
