Please ignore the > technical part of my email. yeah, the various iso standards here are so easy to mix up. i end up reading each one multiple times, writing down the specific things i'm trying to find, and then double checking the distilled results to make sure i didn't mix them up again. it's one of the reasons i'm trying hard to have this be automated via python scripts and leverage CLDR: they've shown that people mix up the fields/values in the data files constantly too, or just have no idea what the right one is. when it comes to creating new locales for people, my ideal would be to have a script that'd generate a skeleton with most filled in for you. i can't do it for 100% of the file, but i think we can hit like 70%. -mike
