Could people please review this patch which adds a new chapter to the glibc manual covering dynamic linking and the dynamic linker. I was doing some minor work on the LD_AUDIT interface and Carlos requested that I document it. I could find no place within the glibc manual where to insert the requested documentation for the audit interface and so I wrote this. It tries to cover the a portion breadth of the Solaris Linker and Linking guide while staying appropriate for glibcâs manual.

I have not done serious tech writing in years and documenting this was quite a learning experience for me. So feel free to criticize both the style as well as the accuracy.
