[PATCH v3 4/4] Nios II port re-submission, adjust test timeouts


Some tests run a really long time on lower clocked soft-cores like Nios
II.  I didn't noticed this in last round of review, until many testcases
were adjusted to use test-skeleton.c recently.

        * libio/tst-memstream2.c (TIMEOUT): Define as 100.
        * math/atest-exp.c (TIMEOUT): Adjust to 200.
        * math/atest-exp2.c (TIMEOUT): Adjust to 300.
        * math/atest-sincos.c (TIMEOUT): Adjust to 600.
