Grrr - I fixed all of these the first time I imported these changes, but then later in the week I re-imported these files from our (2.12-based) shipping code repository and forgot to re-do it.  I will fix them now - I don't think it merits another reposting, though I'm happy to if anyone would like.

They should also use URLs, not very out of date postal addresses.
