[PATCH][BZ #15601] Update language name from Oriya to Odia

- Subject: [PATCH][BZ #15601] Update language name from Oriya to Odia
Hi,
The state of Orissa in India changed its name to Odisha in 2010 and
accordingly, the name of its language was changed to Odia from Oriya.
This patch updates references in the source from Oriya to Odia. I've
updated the definitions in the ISO-639 list as well, even though the
list hasn't been updated yet. Can this change go in without the
change in ISO-639 list or does that have to happen first?
Siddhesh
