Re: [PATCH v4] Make bindresvport() function to multithread-safe


For the copyright notice issue, a common practice in
other GNU projects is to leave the notice alone
if only trivial changes are made
(as these are assumed to be in the public domain),
and to prepend a FSF notice if nontrivial changes are made.

I assume this practice would be fine for glibc as well.
But if the FSF lawyers say no, please let me know, as
this might affect Emacs, gnulib, etc.
