I have checked in an update to the website to use "glibc" everywhere.

        * development.html: Likewise.
        * documentation.html: Likewise.
        * download.html: Likewise.
        * glibc.css: Likewise.
        * libc.html: Likewise.
        * template.html: Likewise.
        * ChangeLog: Likewise.
        * img/gnu-head-sm.png: Remove unused.
