"2002-2012".  The only time not to use a single range is if there would be 
a year 1990 or earlier in the middle of the range that wasn't explicitly 
listed before (or for files shared by GCC - soft-fp and longlong.h - where 
GCC's README doesn't yet have the notice required to use ranges at all).
