[PATCH v2 2/2] Avoid duplication of _CLOEXEC and _NONBLOCK values

The following patch create a sparc specific bits/kernel-defines.h and removes
the files made obsolete by this change.

2010-08-23  Guy Martin  <gmsoft@tuxicoman.be>

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/bits/kernel-defines.h : New files. Defines
	__O_CLOEXEC and __O_NONBLOCK with sparc specific values.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/bits/socket.h: Remove obsolete file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sys/epoll.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sys/eventfd.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sys/inotify.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sys/signalfd.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sys/timerfd.h: Likewise.
