  I'd like to point out that doing ``cp libc.so /lib/libc.so'',
however disastrous it might be, is NOT equivalent to overwriting
anything of the old libc, disk blocks and mapped pages including.

  Also, I would think that ``cp ld-2.3.2.so libc-2.3.2.so /lib'' would
solve the issue with having incompatible program loader and libc in
the system, no ?
