No. glibc is not for collecting junk related to embedded platforms
which are in not at all of interest. The soft-fp in glibc exists solely
for filling gaps, i.e., long double implementations for platforms with
appropriate ABIs. Misuses like those needed for PPC without any FPU
support are a boundary case since glibc might run but is hardly usable.
But adding support for completely non-standard extensions like 128-bit
floats on x86 etc do not belong into glibc. Start your own package if
you want something like this, in glibc this is simply bloat.
