Those are:
int hz; /* clock frequency */
int tick; /* micro-seconds per hz tick */
int tickadj; /* clock skew rate for adjtime() */
int stathz; /* statistics clock frequency */
int profhz; /* profiling clock frequency */
so you just want the last one.
