I've upgraded MacPorts gsl-devel port to this release.

On my Intel MacBook it builds fine using Apple gcc-4.0 and all tests  
pass.

For others it is as simple as doing a
   port sync
   port test gsl-devel
to check whether it works on their MacPorts platform.
