missing "examples/interpp.c" and "interpp2.eps" in CVS

Hi,
when I try to make the last CVS version I get this message

...
/usr/local/gsl/doc//interp.texi:277: @verbatiminclude `examples/interpp.c': No such file or directory.
makeinfo: Removing output file `gsl-ref.info' due to errors; use --force to preserve.
make[2]: *** [gsl-ref.info] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/gsl/doc'
...

it seems that the file examples/interpp.c (example for periodic
cubic spline) is lacking. The same apply to interpp2.eps, which is
used few lines below.
