Just a note that I have installed gsl-1.1.1 on Cygwin from scratch, and
everything, including random numbers, works as smooth as with gsl-1.0 I
used before, so it is not a problem of gsl-1.1.1 but rather your
installation.
Are libraries and include filed where they are supposed to be? (I think
they go into [c:\cygwin\]usr/local/lib and
[c:\cygwin\]usr/local/gsl/include
Have you used gsl before?
