    Define pie-default/default-pie-ldflag for --enable-static-pie
    
    1. Add $(pie-default) to CFLAGS-.o and CFLAGS-.op.
    2. Add $(default-pie-ldflag) to +link-static-before-libc.
    3. Define +prectorT/+postctorT to $(+prectorS)/$(+postctorS).
