* stdlib/bits/stdlib-ldbl.h: New file.
* stdlib/Makefile (headers): Add it.
* stdlib/stdlib.h [__LDBL_COMPAT]: #include it.
* include/stdlib.h (ecvt_r, fcvt_r, qecvt_r, qfcvt_r): Remove
libc_hidden_proto.
(__ecvt, __fcvt, __gcvt, __ecvt_r, __fcvt_r, __qecvt, __qfcvt,
__qgcvt, __qecvt_r, __qfcvt_r): New prototypes.
* misc/efgcvt_r.c: Include shlib-compat.h.
(LONG_DOUBLE_CVT): Define.
(__APPEND, __APPEND2): Define.
(*fcvt_r): Use __APPEND instead of APPEND. Remove libc_hidden_def.
(*ecvt_r): Likewise.
(cvt_symbol): Define. Use it on fcvt_r and ecvt_r.
