	(_IO_least_marker): Make global.
	(__underflow): Orient stream if not already done.
	(__uflow): Likewise.
	(_IO_default_seekpos): Change to type _IO_off64_t.
	(_IO_default_seekoff): Likewise.
	(_IO_default_seek): Likewise.
	(_IO_no_init): New function.  Similar to _IO_init but allows to orient
	in initialization.
