[Bug build/10375] glibc can be built only if -U_FORTIFY_SOURCE is added to CFLAGS

To avoid confusion: Debian gcc does not predefine _FORTIFY_SOURCE or
implicitly set -fstack-protector.  Ubuntu gcc does, though.
