I noticed that quite a few locales have a bit malformed value for postal_fmt in
LC_ADDRESS category.
E.g. "%f%N%a%N%d%N%b%N%s %h %e %r%N%%z %T%N%c%N"
Notice the %%z before the last space. I seriously doubt 120 of 270 locales
really want to have literal %z in the result string. I also found additional 7
instances of %%T. Makes one wonder if anyone has actually ever used these values
anywhere :)
