broken a paragraph including a @deftype line
added missing braces around {long int} in a Data_Type field
changed a dot in comma in a function def

Typography
...instead of @dots{} for variable functions
added missing @var{...} for formal parameters

Homogeneity:
no semicolon at the end of deftype lines
space after a comma
