Notes between this bug's vi_VN and fedora-branch's vi_VN:
revision: fedora-branch one's 0.7, this vi_VN's 1.1
fedora-branch one misses several collating rules: áº¡, áº?, áº½, áº¹, áº¼, áº¸, á»?, á»?, á»?, á»?,
á»¥, á»¤, á»³, á»¹, á»µ, á»², á»¸, á»´.
fedora-branch has one mistake: line 115, that should be U1EB2 (áº²) instead of
U1EB3(áº³).
this vi_VN's yesstr (CÃ³) is preferable to fedora-branch's (VÃ¢ng) IMHO.
fedora-branch's misses LC_NAME and LC_TELEPHONE
