[Bug manual/416] New: wrong comment in langinfo.h

This is not really important, but it might also be wrong in
documentation files:

`AM' and `PM' are shorthands for `ante meridiem' and `post meridiem',
not `ante/post meridian', as stated in langinfo.h.
