Absolutely. The current generic fork/exec posix_spawn should remain
as is.
However, any new NPTL variant introduced (e.g POSIX_SPAWN_USEVFORK/
POSIX_SPAWN_NO_ATFORK) can define how it deals with atfork handlers.
