[GDB] Tristan Gingold nominated Maintainer of the Darwin port

- Subject: [GDB] Tristan Gingold nominated Maintainer of the Darwin port
I am delighted to announce that Tristan Gingold has accepted the invitation
from the Global Maintainers to become the Maintainer of the GDB Darwin port.
Before coming to GDB, Tristan was already familiar to GNU projects. He
contributed support for Darwin, and has plans to further improve this
port. Please join me in welcoming Tristan to the team of GDB Maintainers.
