I'm fairly certain that both of these were fixed recently; at the
least, both look quite familiar to me from the GCC lists :)
I don't immediately see the solutions in the changelog for regex.c, so
maybe it was never fixed, only reported. The libtool problem is fixed
by:

* ltconfig: Set max_cmd_len to a maximum of 512Kb, as it seems some
HPUX 11.0 systems have trouble with 1MB. Mark as gcc-local.
* ltmain.sh: Mark as gcc-local.
I'm almost entirely sure that upstream libtool has a different fix for
this now, as I don't think Alexandre Oliva would have let it get
checked in otherwise :). Alexandre, am I right?
