Enable gdb/mi

I wanted to test whether gdb/mi works in the DJGPP port, but it looks
like it's not included in the default configuration. I thought it was,
since Andrew said something to that effect some time ago.
I ended up configuring with --enable-gdbmi (it did compile smoothly), but
I wonder whether we should make this the default, if we want GDB 5.1 to
build with MI by default. It's about time, I think.
