Put it in the same directory as gdb. It works for me.

I have used --target=powerpc-eabi but I don't think that will make any
difference. Now that I think of it, I mainly used a dos version of gdb
with bdm pathces by Scott Howard. I think he has prebuilt mingw32
versions now on his web site. http://www.objsw.com/

The latest Macraigor OCD software should have the latest wigglers.dll.
