When trying to build a gdb-4.18 for arm-linux on my i386, I get that:
./configure --target=arm-linux --build=i386-linux --host=arm-linux
--without-libreadline --verbose
......
Configuring readline...
.....
configure: cross-compiling for a non-cygwin target is not supported
.....
checking if signal handlers must be reinstalled when invoked...
configure: error: cannot check signal handling if cross compiling --
defaulting to no
Configure in /src2/done/gdb-4.18/readline failed, exiting.
Can someone help ?
