Sure. In general the instructions for this can be found in the
'FSF copyright Assignment' section at
https://sourceware.org/gdb/wiki/ContributionChecklist
If you only want to assign copyright for this particular patch you can use
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnulib.git/plain/doc/Copyright/request-disclaim.changes
If you want to assign copyright both for this patch as well as any future
patches, you can use
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnulib.git/plain/doc/Copyright/request-assign.future
It is sufficient to fill it out as a plain text e-mail following the
directions at the top of the file.
