[PATCH v2 2/2] Sync libiberty with gcc upstream


Second downstream patch with dlang demangling related changes only.
Should be a more straightforward read than the other one.

	(dlang_parse_template): Likewise.
	(dlang_demangle): Likewise.
	* testsuite/d-demangle-expected: Fix bad tests found, and add problematic
	examples to the unittests.
