[PATCH] Remove demangling of D symbols from gdb

Hi,

This cleans up gdb to use libiberty's dlang demangling implementation,
which has better support for D2.

-- Iain

gdb/ChangeLog:
2014-10-11  Iain Buclaw  <ibuclaw@gdcproject.org>

    * Makefile.in (SFILES): Remove d-support.c.
    (COMMON_OBS): Remove d-support.o.
    * d-lang.h (d_parse_symbol): Remove declaration.
    * d-lang.c (d_demangle): Use gdb_demangle to demangle D symbols.
    * d-support.c: Remove file.

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:
2014-10-11  Iain Buclaw  <ibuclaw@gdcproject.org>

    * gdb.dlang/demangle.exp: Update for change in d_demangle.
