They started, but source packaging failed, due to bison being missing.
I haven't reported yet, because we haven't received confirmation that
the transition is over, so not sure if it was OK to report already.

Perhaps we should change the scripts to send to gdb-patches, rather
than to me personally. That way, everyone would see failure
notifications...
