[PATCH] sim: bfin: add a performance monitor stub


No counters get updated, but there is enough here for software to
poke things and work.

	* configure.ac (SIM_AC_OPTION_HARDWARE): Add bfin_pfmon.
	* configure: Regenerated.
	* dv-bfin_pfmon.c, dv-bfin_pfmon.h: New files.
	* machs.c: Add include new bfin_pfmon.h.
	(bfin_core_dev): Add pfmon.
