Hello,
I would like to clarify a little bit the process needed to update
the copyright headers. Patch attached.

Update the "Start of New Year Procedure".
* gdbint.texinfo: Add the list of files that need to be updated
manually.
Tested by rebuilding gdbint in html and PDF formats. I checked
the result on both outputs.
