mi-nonstop-exp.exp, also make it run against remote targets

- Subject: mi-nonstop-exp.exp, also make it run against remote targets
Now that the dependencies are in, I'm adjusting this new test to
be able to run it against gdbserver --- it passes cleanly.
I've locally reverted Doug's bug fix that led to this test, to confirm
that bad things do happen with target remote too.
Checked in.
