[RFA/testsuite] setup_xfail test in gdb.ada/array_return.exp

As recommended by the last message of 2005 by Mark, it is not possible
to fix the following problem:

        FAIL: gdb.ada/array_return.exp: value printed by finish of Create_Large

Attached is a patch that implements this suggestion, with a comment
briefly summarizing why the test is xfail'ed.

        on hppa32 targets.

Tested on hppa32. I don't have an hppa64 target handy at the moment, but
I think it will be fine.
